Alıcı Hüküm ve Koşulları

These Buyer Terms and Conditions apply to all buyers using the Expolinko marketplace to source products from registered vendors. Buyers are responsible for reviewing product listings, specifications, minimum order quantities, and each vendor's own terms before entering into an order.

Orders, pricing, payment arrangements, and delivery are agreed directly between the buyer and the vendor, and the resulting contract is between those two parties only. Expolinko lists vendors and provides the information buyers need to evaluate them; it is not a party to any sale, does not negotiate on behalf of either side, and does not process or hold payment for orders.

Buyers are encouraged to carry out their own due diligence on a vendor and, where useful, to engage an independent inspection provider before shipment.
