Vendor Terms and Conditions

These Vendor Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Expolinko marketplace by registered sellers. By listing products on Expolinko, vendors agree to provide accurate product information, keep pricing and minimum order quantities up to date, and deal with buyers honestly and professionally.

Vendors are responsible for the quality, legality, and compliance of the goods they list, including any required certifications, licences, or country-of-origin documentation. Vendors contract directly with buyers: all commercial terms, pricing, payment arrangements, and delivery obligations are agreed between the vendor and the buyer, and the resulting contract is between those two parties only. Expolinko provides the listing platform and vendor verification; it is not a party to any sale and does not act on behalf of either side.

Expolinko reserves the right to suspend or remove vendor accounts that violate these terms, misrepresent products, or repeatedly fail to meet the obligations they have agreed with buyers.
